Den is currently a Co Director/Owner of Harcourts APG Bunbury. As from the company’s inception in April 2007 with 3 Sales Consultants the company has grown, to now include a rental department, 11 Property managers, a commercial sale, commercial management department, admin and a staff of 40.   He has been in Real Estate from 2003 when he Commenced as a Sales Consultant with Roy Weston Bunbury. Den has past sales experience in Residential, Strata, Rural, Business, Industrial and Commercial. Now, with the grown team of specialists.  Den specializes mainly with Residential sales.  Den has kept up to date with all current licenses, training and courses that REIWA offer. He is one of few REIWA accredited agents in the Bunbury area.Strata subdivision experience has been gained in strata development as a buyer of a group unit complex of 10. Then Subcontracting the required works to obtain a strata approved 10-unit site. 

 

Den was a Self employed Rural and Automotive Mechanic for 15 years and a Mechanical Engineer for a further 10 years.

 

 

He along with 3 other Directors are on track to double the rental department property availability in 2016.  Along with 20 Sales consultants, the service being offered to sellers, buyers and landlords is the reason the business is constantly growing with repeat business. The ever growing and recognized City of Bunbury is on the Western Australian South West Coastal corner and continues to grow annually. Aided by the World wide Harcourts Group. Den is Married to Jo with 2 Daughters and 3 Grandsons. Private time: spent enjoying Family, with his 3 grandsons. Apparently, Den is an ongoing Lego learner. Also, teaching and sharing stories of Veggie gardening, Sax playing, Scuba Diving, Light aircraft Flying, Cruiser Motorcycle Riding, Classic car driving/Racing. South West Veteran Car Club. Community time:  Eaton Lions Club, ongoing projects. Wescarpade trek attendee,  Camp Quality childhood cancer support.
